Brooklyn's first Dance Recital

Yesterday Brooklyn had her first dance recital. It was held at Northridge High School. We were a little worried about how she would act on stage, but she did really well! We were so proud of her! She is our cute little dancer! First she did a "I want a teddy bear for Christmas" dance. Later she did a dance to the Polar Express song (I think the name of it is "When Christmas comes to town") Then they had a grand finale with all of the classes on the stage at once. Brooklyn did so well doing her dances and listening to the teacher! She did what she was supposed to in the dances even when some of the other girls weren't.
Grandma and Grandpa Davis and my sisters came to watch her, and so did Grandma Larsen and Aunt Kristi and Uncle Tim and Brooklyn's cousins. It was very cute, and lots of fun! We can't wait to see her in the Spring Recital in May!
(In the Polar Express dance pictures she is the one in the blue pajamas) Tonight Brooklyn was even showing me her dances (complete with counts "put your hands on your knees and bounce 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6") and teacher instruction ("twirl, then go put your star on the tree, then skip around the tree") She actually remembered a lot of the dances she has learned!
