January

The pics in reverse chronological order as usual (these pics are from today.)
We had to take our SUV in to the service center today. They have a play area (and drinks and snacks) and Bry loved all of it. (Brooklyn was at preschool.)

Brooklyn riding with Elmo and Zoe

Bry going to get in to something no doubt...

Brooklyn's fabulous rings we made.

I was able to go on a field trip with Brooklyn's preschool class. They went to Krispy Kreme donuts...

And Great Harvest bread. They got to make their own "roll"

Last time it snowed Brooklyn decided she was going to shovel it all by herself.
She did great. I think she should do it every time. =)

Bryson decided to pull the whole carton of Lofthouse cookies onto the floor so he could eat them. Before we noticed what he done he had already taken bites out of 4 or 5 of the cookies. (And made a nice mess on the floor.)  Silly kid!

Brooklyn holding the cute birdhouse she painted.

Brooklyn holding the build a bear she made.

Brooklyn holding the cupcakes she made (wow she has been busy making things lately. =)

Bry eating his green frosted toaster strudel.

Ready to go!

Cute kids!

Cute Bry (and mom without her hair done-scary!)

More cuties!

Silly girl.

We went to Kangaroo Zoo with Aunt April and cousins Logan, Cordon and Katelyn. Brooklyn and Bry had tons of fun! Brooklyn was such a good helper with Bry!

Tired Bry at Grandma Davis'

Brooklyn playing in the snow with Aunt Emily at Grandma Davis'

Brooklyn posing with the first balloons she has ever blown up by herself!

Bry and Brooklyn enjoying their suckers.

Bry loves playing on this toy computer!

Brooklyn and her new penguin. For family night we had a Penguin night. We watched. Mr. Popper's Penguins. Brooklyn held her stuffed penguin.

Then we played a fun game with a penguin on top-PICTUREKA!
We had a pretty pleasant evening playing with penguins together.

Bry

Lunch lady Bry.

Bry's first time using a fork. He kept poking the noodles and then he would want to clap every time after he got one.

He did pretty well for a beginner!

The snowman Brooklyn and mom built. (The snow was really good snow man snow!)

Brooklyn making a snow angel (or I think she called it a snow gingerbread man too.)

We went to the Leonardo in SLC with the Domino Foundation on Friday. We learned about the Civil rights movement. We also got to to play in the Leonardo. It was lots of fun!

Curtis and Brooklyn making a movie...

Brooklyn playing with the green screen.

Bry and Daddy looking at the Civil Rights exhibit.

Brooklyn learning about the civil rights movement.

More pics of Brooklyn's field trip to Great Harvest. Her whole preschool class.

We went to the Storytelling Festival. It was fun, we heard lots of fun stories. Brooklyn got to make her own story book.

Bry chilling. (He didn't really want to sit still for anything.)

Brooklyn listening to a storyteller.

Bry currently enjoys clapping after all the prayers at church (not sure where he got that from.) He also enjoys yelling or growling like a bear in Sunday School.
Brooklyn is growing up too quickly and keeps using big words that surprise us! And yesterday I took Brooklyn to Orange Leaf. There were a few other people there but I didn't think much of it until we got home and she informed me (in a giggly voice) that she saw a cute boy there and he even said "hi" to her so she is going to marry him when she is 20. Pretty sure it is too early for this to start!
Cute kids!!! I love them so much!
