Lots-o-March

We went to the park with cousins...(Logan Cordon and Katelyn and their mom and dad)

Played with outside at Grandma and Grandpa Davis'

Bry about to fall to be lulled to sleep by the swing...

That didn't last long...

Giving Brooklyn a kiss-so sweet!

I made mini pies for Pi Day! (3/14 = 3.14)  Strawberry and Chicken Pot Pie (seperately not together...)

Bry's cool new way to (always) sit in the cart. One leg has to be stretched out in the cart at all times.

My craft project

Playing on the toys at Cookie Cutters while waiting for Brooklyn's haircut.

Bry loves to sit on Curtis' lap while Curits eats.

Brooklyn at her tumbling recital. She can do everything so well now! Her cartwheels are perfect! Good work Brooklyn!

The windsock and rainbow Brooklyn made at preschool.

On St. Patrick's Day Brooklyn and Bry woke up to find that a Leprechaun had visited our house and left them lots of fun green things!

The footsteps we found from the door to the table...

We also had a green breakfast on St. Patty's Day.

And then we had green spinach tortilla wraps for lunch, and then for dinner we had green chili burritos. Brooklyn and Bry enjoying dinner and wearing the green shirts the leprechaun left for them.

Brooklyn did a dance camp with a couple Young Women in our neighborhood. She did a great job dancing and we all came to see her perform! '

She even got flowers from us!

Her friend Skye (along with lots of other little girls in the neighborhood) went to the dance camp too.

Washcloth bunnies I made a few years ago (they are now being retired to the DI, this is their final farewell.)

The cute little weather shamrock Brooklyn made at preschool.

Sample of Brooklyn's letter writing skills and coloring skills.
Yesterday Brooklyn and I went to Brunch with Rapunzel and Friends.
First Brooklyn got to get her Rapunzel dress on, then she got to have her done like a princess. Brooklyn choose to have her hair straightened, and then the stylist did a little waterfall braid in the front. Then Brooklyn got to put her tiara on!

Looking beautiful walking down the grand staircase.

Posing for a pic with Rapunzel.

Posing for a pic with mom by the beautiful waterfall.

Just the princess-posing for some photo ops.

After we ate our Brunch of Crepes and fruit all the princesses came around for pictures. (Side note-Brooklyn was so funny when they announced they would come around while they were eating-her response was "Why are they bothering me while I am trying to eat?")

And the prince came around too...

Ariel was extra nice and talked to Brooklyn for a little bit before her picture. That was wonderful because she was probably Brooklyn's favorite princess who was there.

(Brooklyn was trying to put her hand like Ariels but didn't quite get there...)

Being announced and parading for the "fashion show"

Wearing the flower from Rapunzel

Posing with the crown she made.

Playing with all the fun things from Snow White's cottage.

Playing a game with Rapunzel and Ariel. Brooklyn was so lucky to get to hold hands with Rapunzel!

Listening to Belle read a story.

She decided to lay down to listen to the story...

Tinker Bell putting some pixie dust on Brooklyn.

Then they got to play "Peter Peter Pirate" (Duck Duck Goose) and Brooklyn even got picked 2 times!)

Then they played a game with Cinderella and Prince Charming. Cinderella mixed up all the girls shoes and Prince Charming had to guess who each one belonged too.

Saying farewell to all the Princesses and Prince.

Bry still loves his rocking horse!

Today Brooklyn thought she had a scratch on her arm and she said "it is either a scratch or a vine." (She meant vein. =)
Last time I posted I wrote some funny things Bry and Brooklyn were doing, but for some reason it didn't post, so I will try some of them again.
I told Brooklyn her old pediatrician was retired and she said "Oh he got really tired?" And I said sort of. Then I told her being retired is what you can sometimes do when you have worked for a long time. I said sometimes you can stop working but you still get paid even though you stay home. She thought for a minute and then said-"Like you mom!"  Haha I wish. =)
Bry likes to lead us to places he wants to go by holding our hand and taking us there. He also has brought us diapers when he needs a diaper change. And he LOVES to bath. He tells us "ba ba" (bath) and then goes and pounds on the bathroom door.
We love our cute kids!!
