Larsen Family Vacation to Logan

We got to stay in a hotel with Grandma and Grandpa Larsen and all Brooklyn's cousins and Aunts and Uncles! We went to the Logan Fun Park and played on a giant jungle gym with lots of things to climb on and lots of fun slides. We also went bowling, and Brooklyn tried roller skating for the first time. She did Much better than mommy. At the hotel Brooklyn loved swimming!
We even drove past the Logan Temple, and I told Brooklyn it was called the Logan Temple, and she said "I want to see the Brooklyn Temple." It took me a second to figure out why she said that, but it is because she has a cousin named Logan, so when I told her it was called the Logan Temple, so she figured everyone must have their own temple...=)
We had a lot of fun! Thanks everyone, especially Grandma and Grandpa Larsen!

Christmas 2009

We had a great Christmas! Brooklyn was so excited on Christmas Eve, I told her Santa was coming so when she woke up Christmas morning she said "Did Santa come last night?" When I told her yes she was just thrilled! We took quite a bit of video so there aren't tons of pictures, but here is what I have. =)

After we opened presents and tried out daddy's new belgian waffle maker, we went to visit Great Grandma Davis. After that we visited Grandma and Grandpa Davis and Julie, Steph, and Em. Great Grandma Arave was there too. Then we went to Grandma and Grandpa Larsen's for lunch. The next day we had the Davis Family Christmas Party. It was lots of fun because all of my siblings and their spouses, even Jeff and Colette who we haven't seen for 6 months (they are living in Arizona while Jeff goes to school.)
Anyway, Brooklyn still says thanks for Santa in ALL of her prayers.

Tree House Museum

We went to the treehouse museum with Aunt April and Logan and Cordon. Stephanie and Emily came along to help out (really they just wanted to play with all the cool stuff...=) We played with the microscope, and the mucical instruments, rode on a boat, built an arch, rode some horses, did dinosaur activities, saw a silly goat, and even milked a cow!
It was a lot of fun!

Happy 3rd birthday to Brooklyn!

Brooklyn turned 3 today! She opened presents and then I was going to take her to see The Princess and the Frog but when I asked her what she wanted to do she said she would rather just stay home and play with her new toys! So that is what we did. Later that day some of my family came over for pizza and cake and ice cream and Brooklyn got to open a few more presents. What a fun day! Happy birthday sweetheart! We love you so much!
