Brooklyn wanted to be Princess Jasmine for Halloween this year.
This is her at Grandma and Grandpa's house. She made her princess headband all by herself. She trick-or-treated for a LONG time in the rain (with mom or dad and some friends), and didn't want to stop even though we found out when she got home that her feet were soaking wet! We also visited Great Grandmas and Grandparents before heading out in our own neighborhood. We had a great Halloween!

Curtis and I went to a murder mystery dinner a little while ago with our friends Deb and Kirk. It was called Twilit and the Full blooded princess. So you guessed it-Bella and Edward (and Jacob) were in it. Along with some other people (Harry Potter characters and Frankenstein and his bride...) Hermione ended up to be the killer (she killed Bella) and Deb and I even correctly solved the crime! (and this is definitely very far from my favorite picture of myself but I had to prove that I was there!)
Brooklyn getting wrapped up like a mummy in some TP at grandma's house.
All dressed up for her preschool Halloween party a couple days before Halloween.
Showing off her new tutu and matching hair accessory before dance class.
I have decided to let Brooklyn play on her bounce house in the house...especially now that it is getting colder. It fits, it makes less of a mess than some other toys she gets out, and she gets lots of exercise! (I do take it down when she isn't using it so we can have space in our house though.)
The pumpkins Brooklyn painted for Halloween! She LOVES to paint!
Curtis and I also went to Thriller for the first time this year. I liked some of it but some parts I didn't like so much. It was fun but I got a good deal on the tickets and I don't think I would pay full price to see it.
Also, Brooklyn keeps insisting she is going to marry my friends little boy named Kalen. She plays with him sometimes and goes to preschool with him. She tells everyone she can (preschool teacher, my friends' sister...) Anyway, yesterday Curtis and I went to our Stake Conference adult session and after we picked up Brooklyn she asked where we had gone and I told her to the a church meeting for adults and she said "That's were I will go after I grow up." She thought for a just a second and changed it to "That's where Kalen and I will go after we grow up and get married and have a baby." Wow! She has really got her future planned out! :)

He he! I love the mummy picture with the toilet paper! Such a cute princess too...I love how she is a perfect mix of you and Curtis! :) And I cracked up at her plans with Kalen - sounds like she's three going on twenty-three. :)
