Today we got to go to Boondocks with Deb and Bryant. Brooklyn loved playing at Boondocks with Bryant!
Playing inside the funland with Bryant. (Is it just me or would it be nice if they had a little "non-mesh" hole for parents to take pictures of their kids on this things...?)
Bouncing
Riding the merry-go-round, bowling, the roller coaster, the Jetsons car and picking prizes!

Our 5 year anniversary
This year Curtis and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary. We take turns each year planning our anniversary and this year was Curtis's year to plan. We went to the Invited Inn B&B in Midway. Our room had a HUGE bathroom with a jetted tub, sauna, and steam room. I guess they are the only hotel in Utah that has that. Cool!
It was nice to get away and relax. Thanks Curtis! I love you!
The symbol of your 5 year anniversary is wood so Curtis choose the "Western" room and almost everything was made of wood. Good creativity!
Telling me not to take a picture and then I told him he always closes his eyes in pictures, so...
here he is making sure they stay open
The cool bathroom/spa

Nature Center and playing outside
Brooklyn took a class at the Ogden Nature Center called Natures pallet. It was really fun! They kept the kids busy and entertained, and taught them about things in nature! Brooklyn really liked it.
Making her nature stepping stone
Painting her flower pot
Listening to the story
Modeling the bird hat she made
Brooklyn's 2 stepping stones, she made one a couple years ago for Curtis for father's day.
Playing with chalk and paint outside
Just swinging

4th of July
This year for the fourth we watch the Hooper parade from my Grandma's front yard. I have decided that Brooklyn doesn't care how big or small the parade is, along as she gets to watch it with her cousins and gets lots of candy, she is happy.
Playing with Cordon in Great-Grandma's backyard.
Watching the parade with everyone.
Playing with Taylee and Uncle Blake at Lunch at Grandma and Grandpa's
Watching our fireworks
We had a fun fourth! Thanks everyone!

Last day of swim lessons and playing at the park
After Brooklyn's last day of her swim lessons we went to a nearby park. Brooklyn had fun playing with her new friends. We also went to visit Stephanie at her new job...
Practicing jumping in off the side and turning over to her back float. She did so well I am so proud of her! (Even though she was kind of afraid she still did everything the teacher asked her to do!)
Playing with her new friends at the park. I love it when there are nice, friendly, little kids at the park when we go! Brooklyn has so much more fun!
